These terms apply when you book a stay with Wander at Bayside 19, operated by Pitchanee Mohpichai in Hua Hin, Thailand. By making a booking you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, message us before you book and we will happily explain.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through the secure Hospitable checkout on each villa page and are confirmed instantly once payment is accepted. Prices are shown per stay and are typically quoted in Thai Baht. Your booking is a contract between you and Wander at Bayside 19 for the villa, dates, and guest count you select.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation policy that applies to your stay is shown in the booking widget before you pay and in your confirmation email. To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help. Refunds, where they apply, are processed through the same payment method used to book.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible on request, subject to availability. We send arrival directions and self check-in details before your stay.

Guests and occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated for the villa you book. If you would like to bring more guests, or hold an event or celebration, please arrange it with us in advance so we can prepare the space properly.

House rules

No smoking indoors.
Quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors.
No unauthorized parties or events.
Pets are welcome at selected villas only, please confirm before booking.
Please treat the home, pool, and beach area with care and follow any safety notices on site.

Damage and liability

You are responsible for the villa during your stay and for any loss or damage caused beyond normal wear. The pool, beach, and outdoor areas are used at your own risk, so please supervise children at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Wander at Bayside 19 is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings except where caused by our negligence.

Events beyond our control

Occasionally a stay may be affected by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, utility outages, or government restrictions. If we ever cannot provide your villa, we will offer a suitable alternative from our collection or a refund for the affected nights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We operate in compliance with applicable Thai short-term rental regulations.
